A Stag kneehole dressing table with 5 drawers, 3 mirror set and matching stool.
We have painted the set in "Sookie" acrylic satin. We have decoupage lined all the drawers, using text and illustrations from Shakespeare's love poems and sonnets. We prepared, primed and undercoated before top coating in Sookie water based acrylic . We added heart shaped, shabby chic knobs for a romantic touch. As with all our painted furniture we waxed the dressing table & stool legs using carnauba wax to give it a silky and protective finish. The stool seat pad has been reupholstered in a very pretty fabric, this has been Scotchguard protected.
