This is a solid pine table and 4 beech spindle back chairs, the table feet are very different to most tables of this style. We have refinished to a high standard.
After sanding, priming and undercoating we spray painted the table pedestal and all 4 chairs in "Ariel" (the colour of Cornish ice-cream) Water Based Acrylic before applying a coat of matt sealer and then carnauba wax. The solid table top has been sanded to remove all the factory varnish, it does have very small reminders of its previous life but these add character. We then gave the top several coats of matt sealer for a durable finish and then another 2 coats of Carnauba wax.
