A large hardwood display dresser, having an angled front with glazed top section. Four raised and fielded panelled doors and 3 drawers to the base. Four glazed display doors above with shaped tops to the glazing. Arch topped glazed panels to the sides. The base sits on bracketed feet. The piece is surmounted by an elegant cornice with dentil rail below.iOur wonderful customers Gary and Jo asked us to refinish all their dining room furniture: table, eight chairs, a large mirror and this elegant display dresser. We painted the mirror first so they could assess the colour in the room. 

The display dresser was refinished as follows:

• thorough preparation
• removal of mirrors from back.
• professionally spray painted
• two coats shellac-based primer (dark tones)
• one coat water based acrylic resin undercoat (dark tones)
• three coats water based acrylic satin topcoat in Railings.

We refitted the original hardware and the back was papered with a Farrow and Ball Lotus paper.
