An Italian pedestal table with 6 chairs, 2 of which are carvers. 

Our lovely customers Tina and Charles purchased our magnificent vintage Gold and Feather Sideboard in Regency White for their new home. They asked us to produce a dining set to match.  Tina knew that she wanted a Toile de Jouy fabric so Joy sent her several samples from which Tina selected a natural coloured fabric. We sourced the table for the order, matching it with Louis style chairs which we reupholstered.

The double cord edging on the upholstery is a regular feature on our dining sets, made by  Joy the Bossy Fairy.

Multi-coat paint finish:

• Thorough preparation
• professionally spray painted.
• two coats shellac based primer
• one coat water based acrylic resin undercoat
• two coats water-based acrylic satin topcoat in 'Regency White'
• three coats water-based acrylic satin topcoat in 'Regency White' to table top.

After reupholstery the Toile de Jouy was all fabric protected.
