A scalloped edge extending pedestal table with 6 chairs, 2 of which are carvers. The table top has a deep moulded edge.

Our lovely customer Shirley contacted us, looking for a special extending table that she could use when the family visited. She loved the blue toile fabric she had seen on our website. We sourced the table for her order, matching it with Louis style chairs which we reupholstered.

The double piping on the upholstery is a regular feature on our dining sets, made by the Bossy Fairy.

Multi-coat paint finish:

• Thorough preparation
• professionally spray painted.
• two coats shellac based primer
• one coat water based acrylic resin undercoat
• two coats water-based acrylic satin topcoat in 'Pointing'
• three coats water-based satin varnish to the table top.

The chairs were re-upholstered in a Laura Ashley Summer Palace fabric in royal blue. This was all fabric protected.
