Entrance Hall Cupboard in Mole's Breath

Our lovely customer Sally contacted us to enquire about having a hall cupboard built which would fit in an alcove. She sent us a sketch of the internal layout she was looking for and a few dimensions. We sent her some drawings of our proposed solution. Once Sally gave us the go-ahead, we commenced work. The cupboard was manufactured from poplar and pine. We made it in two parts to make it easier to get into her home.

After we manufactured it, we applied the following multi-coat paint finish:

Thorough preparation
professionally spray painted
one coat of shellac based primer
one coat water-based acrylic undercoat in colour to match topcoat
Two coats water-based acrylic satin enamel in Mole's Breath

Sally selected antique cast iron hardware which we sourced and fitted.
