A pine country dresser with three doors and three doors to the base; the doors have raised and fielded panels with arched tops. The base has an attractively shaped skirting. The top has a display door to either side with an open shelved section in between and a shelf above the worktop. The centre section has a shaped pelmet above. 

This dresser was looking rather sorry for itself when we acquired it, but we quickly realised it was a very good quality bespoke craftsman-made piece. We gave it plenty of TLC. After some repairs and preparation, we primed and undercoated, then gave it two topcoats in water based acrylic satin paint - the colour is Spell Grey. The insides received the same treatment. We sanded back the worktop, then gave it two coats of water base matt varnish. We carnauba waxed the whole dresser for protection and to give it a soft silky feel. 

We have lined the drawers using vintage wine labels wipeable paper. To complete the refinish we added new grey ceramic crackle glaze knobs and brushed silver drawer pulls.

The base is 100mm high and the dresser separates in two for transportation.
