A pair of solid pine chests of drawers, each with a pair of top drawers and three larger drawers below.

Our lovely customers Nikki and Richard asked us to find them a pair of drawer chests for their young boys' bedroom.  We managed to source this pair and after much deliberation, went for this vibrant colour scheme. (The drawers are not actually interchangeable between the chests since one is slightly deeper than the other.)

Multi-coat finish:

• Thorough preparation
• professionally spray painted
• one coat shellac based primer
• one coat water based acrylic resin undercoat
• two coats water based acrylic satin in Hague Blue and Rectory Red.
• one coat of water-based satin varnish - three to pine tops

We painted the original wooden knobs to match.
