Here is a heavy pitch pine Victorian church pew which supplied to our lovely customer Shirley. It was resized to a domestic proportion at just over 7ft, the perfect multiple to make the pew symetrical. With hymn book rail to back. 

Once reconstructed and after hours of old varnish removal, we gave it two coats of shellac based primer, two coats of acrylic resin water based undercoat then 3 top coats in "Cooking Apple Green" water based acrylic paint. We then applied two coats of matt water based varnish. We carnauba waxed the pew for protection. The original ironmongery has been replaced after our refurbishment.

We can produce these pews in virtually any length (even over 20 feet !) in a range of colours.
