Our lovely customer asked us to source a chest of drawers to match some other furniture in her bedroom. She chose the colour and requested we make the piece completely individual with hand painted flowers.

We found a high quality 3 drawer chest -  manufactured in pine and moulded mdf. After preparation, the chest was professionally spray painted. We gave it one coat of shellac based primer, one coat of water based acrylic resin undercoat then two coats of water based acrylic topcoat - the colour is Helium. We then applied a coat of water based matt varnish. 

Our Artistic Fairy wanted to create a stylistic interpretation of a flower meadow and hand painted the drawers and chest sides. After she was finished, we gave the chest another coat of water based matt varnish.

We added antique brass pull rings to drawers.
